I was also facing the same problem, but managed to find a solution.

Run a proxy server on your PC, which allows you the flexibility of (among
other things) setting HTTP header values. One such good server is Proxomitron
(check out proxomitron.org), and its free !

Use HTTrack with that proxy server, and your problems should be taken care
of.
