some extra details:

when i open the existing index file it says 

"Error
Failed to load: js/plugins/Community_Basic.js"

the depth it goes to save file is only 2 after the site name
structure would be sitename/js/libs
could that be actually considered external depth 3?but this site has no
external links from what i can tell
