If you add +*.htm +*.html to the filters be sure you have  
mirror level depth limits set otherwise you're going to 
download the whole internet.  HTTrack assumes you want the 
htm files so it will get any in the area you specify, and 
the scan rules/filters take priority over anything else in 
HTTrack...
