Newbie. No idea but you already have the archived website so tinker with it.
Copy the various project folders and along with their .whtt (or associated
file type) files into a common folder. Then run HTT to try and update one of
the project, see if that works if not then try a different option. 

Another method might be to combine them like before, but manually edit the top
index.html file.
