Maximum number of connections / Second

is nice, but very useless on dialup *wah*

I limit other mirror tools i've used
to a maximum of 2 connections total.
not per second, but never to exceed more than 2
simultaneously.

I feel HTTrack would benefit from such an option
(i know i'll like it *grin*)

PS I don't know how httrack is implemented, but in theory, 
since you already got the # conn/sec, it should be easy to 
add this option.
