I'm trying to download a forum that has multiple subforums, and within each
subforum there are topics, sometimes with upwards of 50 pages.

When running HTTrack solely from the website top address it only grabs the
first 5 and final page. This is because only buttons for these links are
viewable.

To counteract this I grabbed every single link for the site (30,000 in total)
and set max mirroring depth to 1. This worked fine, but when viewing offline
the site loses its layout, as it relies on an external host.
