Correction, be sure to specify & verify that you CAN write to Base Path folder.
C:\Windows\Temp isn't writable. I found a folder in C:\Users\USERNAME\ that
wasn't mapped to onedrive. It happened to be called "Links". And whole site
transferred just fine.

Suspect that using any network drive (such as H:) as base path will cause a
crash.
