Don't use any Base Path that's a network drive. It MUST be a physical folder on
a physical drive (be it HDD or SSD). 

I ran into same problem when I used a folder that was mapped onto onedrive
that my company's IT uses. 

Use file explorer to navigate to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME and then find a folder
that you can create a file inside and use THAT path. I did and it worked like
a charm!
