Thanks K. Yes everything is collected under a single root directory. I have
tried +<top-directory-path>/* and -r8 (the site structure has 4 subdirectory
levels by my count) but nothing beneath the second level gets mirrored. I also
tried -s1 and -s0 in case of some anti-robot code but behavior is the same.  

The page-top menu bars iWeb employs, which nominally offer page links for all
subject content pages, are entirely missing in the mirror. Not even formatting
or background. The title content that normally goes below these menus is
rendered at the very top of the page. 

Which is why I speculated if these menus are perhaps generated by a script
that httrack is unable to parse? 

I am not proficient in html or java, so it's a shot in the dark. Is there a
switch that can force httrack to absorb all pages below a certain path (beyond
doing +<path>/* ) ??
