I am trying to download an internet site and i am not 
getting DSL speeds. I am getting bandwidth of less then a 
56K connection on average. What is happening? When i surf 
the internet in explorer i have a fast connection but 
HTTrack is mirroring at less then a 56K connection. What 
is happening?
