Unfortunately, javascript problems generally can not be 
solved easily. You can disable the "dirty" part of the 
javascript parser if it causes problems (using options/ 
attempt to detect all links disabled) ; and try to capture 
each missing links by making a list of missing files in a 
text file, and use the "URL list" feature of httrack ; but 
this may be long and painful (but easier using bash/perl 
scripting)
