No, because it would be too difficult: which cache? 
Internet Explorer? Mozilla? Netscape? Galeon? Konqueror? 
Opera? There are plenty of browsers, and it would be really 
hard to add this feature for all of them. I couldadd this 
feature for the main one (IE) only, but I want to keep 
httrack as generic as possible, not sticked to a particular 
browser.
