Err, you can't, because as long as you don't check a page, 
you can not know if this page has been updated or not.. 
this is a common limit on HTTP ; because unlike filesystems 
where the timestamp of a directory is changing when a file 
has been modified inside it, you don't have any similar 
system using http protocol.
