1 when I enter 2 in limits --> max connections/seconds
it still downloads more than 2 files at once. I am putting
in 2 before I start the download and i also tried reentering
it in the mirror -> modify options  but it dint have any effect.

2 the pause button doesnt seem to do anything

3. when I cancel the operation and then restart it later on
using 'continuie interupted download. does http track
redownload from scratch the file it halfdownloaded or does
it resume?
