Well, if these are session cokies with no time limit, 
the cookie won't be stored in the disk, and you will 
never be able to catch them. The only solution for 
HTTrack to use them is to get them after a login page 
(generally a form based page)

Note that HTTrack will never use timestamp data, 
therefore all cookies will be kept by HTTrack, even 
session cookies (but only if cookies were sent to 
HTTrack!)
