Hi,
      I tried to download one of the secure site. Your FAQs 
says it is possible but I am not able to do the same. I am 
getting a connect Error (-4). For which I even looked at 
all the proxy settings and I did read all the questions and 
answers in the forum related to connect error (-4).

The same https:// url works and takes me to the concerned 
page on IE, I just mean to say, the URL is proper and 
existing. Please help me out.
