I am also seeing crashes, but this solution has not helped.  I am 
running httrack-3.30-RC-3 on Solaris 7.  I try to mirror 
<http://www.nec.ac.uk/> , it downloads 3 or 4 files, then segfaults.
Any ideas?  Which option did you set to turn off parsing, BTW?  I 
looked at the help and AFAICT all parsing options are off by default 
anyway.  My current settings are: 

httrack \
    -q -n \
    -M100000000 \
    -A100000 \
    -c4 \
    --extended-parsing=N \
    --parse-java=N \
    <http://www.nec.ac.uk/>
