Three fixes merged in this RC release:

- Javascript comments (//) are skipped
- Temporary fix for "archive" bug with multiple java 
archives
- Inlined js or css files have their path relative to the 
parent

I will wait 2 weeks from now to collect more fixes, and if 
the version is considered "stable" enough, the final 3.30 
will be relased. (the 3.23 release will then be available 
as "previous" release, and 3.22-2 will be dropped)
