Thanks for the fast response.  (I'm still awaiting response 
from the Offline Commander/Internet Researcher people.)

I've found very little on the Web as to real comparisons or 
reviews (objective or otherwise) of offline rowsers/copiers 
(which is why I had hoped that someone here might have 
tested out both HTTrack and either OC or IR and be willing 
to share comments), but - assuming that Zylox.com support 
got my e-mail with no problems - it looks like there's no 
question that HTTrack is much better in terms of response 
time!

In the meantime, it looks like I may have to experiment 
with the programs myself and write my own review....
