?? libtool apparently screwed up.. but there are several 
rpm packages floating around (see rpmfind - the link is at 
httrack.com) which may fit your needs

Else, use the latest (3.29.xx) release ; which might be 
more compatible with most platforms

And ensure that you installed all necessary tools (gcc, 
automake, autoconf, ..)
