I am downloading "www.jdedwards.com", which contains a 
large number of files of the format "0,1540,0%257E80%
257E,00.html". However, when it saves each file, the "%
257E" always seems to get shortened to "%7E" in the saved 
file name, which means I then can't retreive the original 
filename from the source web site as it has changed.

Could you look at this?
