httrack does a great job of downloading from secure 
(https:) web sites, however when it writes to the <!-- 
Downloaded from" field in the downloaded file, it doesn't 
include the protocol ID. This means it's not possible to 
trace the source protocol if trying to locate the original 
file. Could this be added to the next release?
