Err - I really do not know which charset is used by
Win98/Macedonian, and I am not even sure that it is posible
to change it "on the fly" on Windows 98

Well I suspect that the "EN" box on the taskbar is just the
*input* locale (keyboard) ; NOT the default system charset.
The same problems occurs for Japanese release (I can not
test it because I only have an english windows release)
