Using WinHTTrack 3.23 (not the command line) with 
WindowsXP Profesional.  I have used WinHTTrack 
successfully several times on this, and been able to do 
updates fine with the winprofile.ini created fine.  I just 
wondered if there is something that I could have done 
wrong this time that would cause the winprofile.ini to not 
be created?  Thanks for you time...
