This is a newbi question.

I was running Httrack 3.23 copying a site, everything was 
working great until I checked the content downloaded.  It 
seemed some files are not downloaded.  After I checked log, 
I found this type of log:

Error:  "Connection refused: There are too many connections 
from your internet address." (-1) at link ....

Can someone please tell me what's wrong with my settings, 
should I limit my number of connections in "Flow Control" 
or should I increase the "TimeOut"?  Since I just started 
to use this tool, any advise will be appreciated?
