After canceled a running download project, I started a new 
project by selecting the canceled project, changed some 
settings (mainly decreasing the # of connections, 
increasing timeout, adding retry and adding a new link).  
When I started with continuing last broken download option, 
it seems Httrack downloads all the files it already 
downloaded before in addition to the files it missed last 
time.
