I'm not sure that httrack will correctly check the update 
status for ftp files (especially if the remote server 
doesn't give any update status information with mdtm) - by 
the way if you intend to mirror a ftp-only site, you should 
use more specialized tools such as lftp or ncftp 
(linux/unix), or windows equivalents
