I am getting this error message:

Error:  "Unable to get server's address" (-5) after 2 
retries at link www.claritinet.com/robots.txt (from 
primary/primary)

I know the manual says to set proxy settings and gives and 
example  .... but the problem is I don't understand how I 
need to set it to download a site. I am behind a firewall 
and I know what ports I have open.... but what do I set for 
PROXY ADDRESS AND PROXY PORT. Could someone please give me 
an explanation of what I should look for and set these to?
