This site contains many links like:
<A HREF="javascript:goSearch('Genre','Comedy');">

Unfortunately, the goSearch thing is a javascript 
function (HARD to parse, especially when using 
parameters!) and won't be understood by HTTrack

Javascript code (in functions) is a very difficult 
thing to handle - this would require specialized 
analysis, which isn't yet present (this would require 
a complete javascript engine, in fact!!)
