The default is normally 100,000

You have probably more than 100,000 links - use filters to 
limit the scope of the mirror, or ask for more links: 
1,000,000, 10,000,000 ..

Then, just select "continue an interrupted mirror", which 
should quickly rescan previous links, and continue from the 
last point.
