This is not related to the dynamic pages, but to 
javascripting:

This link is parsed by httrack - but the extension 'msnw' 
is unknown.

I will improve the parsing in the future, by allowing types 
declared in "MIME Types" as "known types (that is, eligible 
for parsing in javascript) - but yet there is no solution.
