It is good the actual way to have a projects index for each 
location on HDD, but could be very usefully to have another 
index, for whole projects and this one to be in a single 
location (in programs file). This "Whole projects index" 
should be created during of each download, as a link to the 
project. 
Because of possibility that we rename folders and move some 
folders, still be the best way if this WPIndex could be 
build after a search (with that search engine that you are 
planning).

I done an excellent job with this software and I'm sure 
that if this is possible you will find the way.
