| I think the problem is that HTTrack parameters have
a "%" character in them, and this trips up the Windows
2000 or MS-DOS command lines, because "%" is used to
indicate environment variables. If this indeed is the
problem, then perhaps HTTrack could accept a
replacement character in its command line parameters
that would be treated the same as a "%" character.
Also, in order for the doit.log file to be created,
the download has to be started (and not just the
settings saved). It would be more convenient if
WinHTTrack could generate the parameters as soon as
the user has configured the options.
By the way, to the authors, thanks for making HTTrack.
When I started using it, it was the best freeware web
site downloader available, and I appreciate you
continually adding features and listening to users.
