Did you define many URLs or many filters? In this case, you 
should use either the URL list feature ("URL list" field in 
winhttrack), or use the filters list feature (add --urllist 
<filename> among with scan rules) - the current winhttrack 
GUI is not very smart and does not accept very long strings.
