Chuck, just to follow up on my last message, when I try to 
mirro that site I do get that error message and 
nevertheless HTT does create a project. And after I get the 
error message and EXIT out of the program and call up the 
project it allows me to click on the index of the project 
and that will take me to a blank page with only this link 
on it: "Click Here". 
After a second of two and without clicking on this link I 
will get the "The page cannot be displayed" screen 
with <http://localhost/> as the page address.
It has something to do with the redirecting page of "Click 
Here" link.
I hope this information will help you to identify my issue.
