We have a collection of dymanmic pages that we make a static
copy of, and to track the updates to the different portions
of the page, we use ETag.  

Now that we have an ETag being presented in the head
command, how do we make use of this to see if a page has
been updated.

We have the Last-Modified working now, but the ETag seems to
have a better granularity.
