If I understand you correctly, I don't think what you're 
asking for is possible, because a webpage has to be 
download in order for HTTrack to process the links it may 
contain.

Maybe, a work around is to instruct HTTrack somehow to 
discard the undesired links after it is downloaded to save 
HD space or for any other reason.
