If you are mirroring a localhost server (that is, a _LOCAL_ 
server, in the _CURRENT_ machine), FIRST ensure that the 
URL is correct: put the URL in a browser (IE or Mozilla) 
and see of you have a page displayed.

Then,, you can fire httrack (on the same machine you ran 
the test with a browser)

The log file you gave early shows that you mistyped the 
URL, or that the URL was incorrect ("404" returned by the 
server)
