A major bug introduced in 3.31-beta-1 was fixed in this 
3.31-beta-3 release:
- crash when encountering URLs with query string 
containing '?'

The "IE" plugin was also improved a bit (click on the icon, 
confirm the project name, and the 2nd winhttrack page 
appears)
