Great program guys,saves me a lot of time online.

I've got a few questions about copying certain topics on a 
v-bulletin forum.

I'm trying to download a whole thread which is like page 
1,2,3,4 etc and I've worked out most of the scan rules and 
filters but I'm having problems with downloading the 
avatars in the pages.

The link for the avatars is like this;

forum/avatar.php?userid=8049&dateline=1062937201

Now when it downloads the avatars they are saved as html 
pages rather then jpegs and when I view the pages there is 
a white box with a red X in it.

What do I have to do to have HTTrack save them as jpegs so 
that I can view the avatars in the pages?

The second issue I'm having is with links on the forum 
pages that go to anther site.Is it possible to have those 
pages(whether html,jpeg,video etc)downloaded and if not 
should that show up in the error log cause it doesn't.
