HTTrack should be able to! Do you have an example ?

No no, UTF-8 is the best solution today (other encodings 
should disappear in the future, and unicode will be the 
only remaining encoding)

Argh. Added on the TODO list ; the workaround is not very 
easy to find (I'll have to detect encodings to fix that)
