This seems to be related to an unicode issue: 
WinHTTrackWinHTTrackIEBar.dll uses unicode, and the 
registration process rejects it because Win98 doe snot 
fully implements it.

I'll have to disable the DLL for non-NT like systems, 
unfortunately :(
