I started my projects in v3.21 I think, and it did not sort
projects in the index.html file or in the drop down box in
the program. New projects were always added to the end of
the list. I cannot use a text editor to sort the index.html
because each project is composed of multiple lines. 

So, the projects are still not sorted.
