I've tried out a couple of offline browsers.
One site that won't work with any of them is www.dirms.com
Specifically, the link, www.dirms.com/buzzsaw/index.html , 
seems to download fine, but it cannot be viewed offline.
Nothing in the HTTrack log file or FAQ made it any clearer 
to me why it doesn't work.
Since there was no documentation included with Buzzsaw, I 
thought an offline browser would be the way to download and 
view the documentation available online.
If links such as this one are impossible to view with any 
offline browser and if this is a common problem, I don't see 
much sense in using one.
