I have compiled and installed webhttrack with the option
--prefix=$HOME
When I launched webhttrack, the firebird brower launches and
I  see a page <http://localhost.be/> where says 'if you are
Firebox user set keyword.enabled to false in about:config'.
Ok. I do this and I have 'connexion refusée lors de la
tentative de contact de localhost:8081'.
I don't understand.
