Yes, log files and cache may contains 'sensitive'
information, as explained in the hts-log.txt file:
"Information, Warnings and Errors reported for this
mirror:
note: the hts-log.txt file, and hts-cache folder,
may contain sensitive information,
such as username/password authentication for
websites mirrored in this project
do not share these files/folders if you want
these information to remain private"
The problem when hiding username/pwd, is the
difficulty to trace problems, when mirroring, using
logfiles. Besides, the username/password has to be
stored in the cache/profile, so that you can restart
or update the mirror!
