but i need more explanation:

When clicking on 'add URL', the adresse i should write is 
the one shown 
when my Lycos mail is open, isn't it?
And when clicking on 'Capture URL', i didn't really get how 
to do the 
instructions given. It requires to copy/paste the proxy 
informations, 
but where?
Can you help me to do it?
