| Many thanks for your swift reply.
I installed the "sid" package after removing the other one.
It launched all right last night and today the same problem
occures (connection refused). Here's the message on the console.
/usr/bin/webhttrack
/usr/bin/webhttrack(11100): launching /usr/bin/x-www-browser
logname: no login name
ERROR: List of effective users must follow --user.
=================
I tried launching it with --user username. Didn't work.
Launching it from KDE menu: no better.
Part of the problem may be that apt-get remove didn't
actually remove everything of the testing version. When
running apt-get install, it took a few minutes (about 300kb)
though the package was downloaded from debian "sid".
How can I make sure to remove every bit of httrack (the main
stuff is of course in /usr/bin)?
PS: the new version works very well on Win98.
Thank you for such great software!
Cheers,
