Yes - and at least they did not change the license (GPL)
and clearly stated that the software was "free" (even if I
doubt they understood "free" mainly reffered to "freedom")
After all, if they provide support and services, why not.

There is no clear GPL violation - they give full sources,
and announce that the software is GPL, before even selling
it. It looks okay AFAIS. And there are no deceptive claims
concerning the license and copyright ownership.
The only sad thing is the name change, which is a bit
ridiculous : I doubt that they'll merge bugfixes easily.
(I don't know if this is legal to remove the original name
and credits, BTW).
