   Which forum?   What category? 
   Off-hand I'd be inclined to asnswer yes

You can download a section of any site if either:
  1. section is linked to by specific pages
       (you can create pages like this, also)  
        [if so include only those pages in project]
  2. section has unique, predictably different URLs 
       (ie: URLs are of form www.example.com/Tech/*)
       (         and other sections of site are not)   
        [if so filter out everything but those URLs]
